A few years ago I went there for a revision surgery consultation. I could not consult with a doctor and only talked with a staff member, and when I said what style I wanted, they said they could not do it right now Even when they told me it would not come out the way I wanted, they said it would have to be done a few years later. So I just had the consultation and left.
