I went for dimples! I didn't get to meet the doctor, and the consultation was done by the manager. They didn't just say, "You must get dimples!" but honestly told me to consider the fact that it can leave snake-like marks, so in the end I didn't do it, but I liked that they were upfront and honest during the consultation! It was also impressive how many people there were
