First of all, you couldn’t make a phone reservation, and it was first-come, first-served for in-person consultations. When I went, there was a wide age range from students to adults. After waiting a bit, it was manager -> doctor -> manager, and during the doctor consultation, the doctor was the only one who asked me to lower my mask. It felt like they were trying to check facial harmony. They designed the lines for both eyes, and when it was only the left side, they said minimal incision would be possible, but after looking at the right eye they said it would need an incision. They weren’t trying to rush the consultation, so I did feel trust! But the clinic had stairs I was already out of it after surgery, and thinking about going down the stairs scared me a little.
