You first talk with the consultation manager? and then go see the doctor. He seemed blunt, but not in a way that felt offensive. After double eyelid surgery, a bump appeared on the eye, and I wanted the doctor to look at it to see whether it was an inclusion cyst or a stye. But the staff member who answered the phone said casually to just rub it gently with a finger like it was nothing, so I just left it alone. After paying, they seem like they don’t care much.. I also don’t know how to say it to actually see the doctor.. It’s still bulging, so the double-eyelid line is uneven and it’s a bit noticeable, so I’ll probably get revision surgery later.
