When I visited, the order was consultation manager, doctor, consultation manager, and since they were in surgery there was a bit of waiting before I had the doctor consultation. The line they drew was the one I liked most, but maybe because it was right after surgery, they looked very tired. They answered well when I asked questions, but it was hard to feel that they were kind. Still, I liked that they answered everything honestly and in detail. However, there was also a slight copy-paste feeling, and above all, most people seem to do partial incision + ptosis correction as a set, so the feeling that they were recommending partial incision made me hesitate. This place is unusual in that when booking surgery, you have to visit in person and make a separate reservation. They say the stitches are removed on day 3, and the surgery takes about 30 to 40 minutes. I went after making a consultation appointment, but I still had to wait about 20 minutes for the doctor consultation. (I consulted with Dr. Lee.)
