First of all, you cannot book a consultation by phone here. You just have to go there and wait. I went because they said they specialize only in eyes. But I had an eye that had been done with incision double eyelid surgery and then loosened, and when I said I might be able to do partial incision, they told me in a way that if it loosened again, even an incision method could loosen again, so there was nothing they could do. I felt uneasy, so I did not make a reservation. Still, the 3-year aftercare was nice.
