I had a first consultation with the manager and then a second consultation with the director. The manager's explanation was professional, but too stiff and very much a one-answer style. The director was similar. They probably know best as experts, but beauty standards are relative, and communication was so poor that they were very insistent on doing the surgery exactly as they diagnosed it, so I only had the consultation and did not go back.
