I went for a consultation for eye revision surgery 5 years ago. It was when there weren't many hospitals running YouTube, so I went because they gave detailed explanations about the eyes. There were a lot of patients waiting before and after surgery, but maybe because that doctor was so busy, I waited quite a while. The explanation was similar to what was on YouTube, but the explanation time was short. I remember the consultation manager negatively because their tone sounded like a shopping host on home shopping and somehow like they were trying to lecture me. The doctor's skills seemed good, but it was a very large hospital, so I personally passed.
