I had a consultation with the manager first, then with the doctor. Overall, the manager had a very strong sense of ownership. The doctor would at least sometimes smile, but the manager had a blank expression and was the least friendly manager I've met so far. The doctor asked about things other doctors hadn't asked about, so he seemed professional. But I also got the feeling that the manager was just reciting the prescription? that they had prepared.
