Even though I had booked a consultation, the consultant said it would be difficult to consult with the doctor and suggested I just talk with them, so I just left. I don't know why I even made a reservation. The staff must have known surgery was delayed... they should have called me first. It felt like I wasted my time, so I didn't get a good impression.
