I went for a consultation and ended up feeling like I had just wasted 10,000 won on the consultation fee with no reason to show for it. After waiting and waiting, I had a consultation of just over 1 minute, and they explained things in one-word answers like a machine. I couldn’t even ask questions, and they were so dry and robotic that I left wondering what I had even come for. They only explained surgeries that were easy for them, rather than the surgeries the patient actually wanted.
