Director Hong Jin-ju... consultation was really half-hearted... said it would turn out well... Seemed bothered... on YouTube she explains things thoroughly though... Looks like this is another place I should avoid... The consultation manager looks like a plastic surgery monster... everyone should put some sincerity into this...
