From the moment I made the consultation appointment by phone, the way they spoke was very kind, but completely soulless, and I already felt a bit uneasy. Even in person I did not get a particularly kind feeling. Since I went in already framed by that first impression, honestly I listened with one ear and let it go out the other and ended up running out of there.
