They give a very honest assessment of your eyes. While talking about the orbital structure, they strongly emphasized that 'what can't be done can't be done,' and were against unnecessary surgery. That said, they were so brutally straightforward and kept telling me not to expect too much from surgery that I felt a little hurt... haha
