I'm suffering badly from side effects.. I went because they were supposed to check the surgical progress for someone who's been going through every day in real pain.. and the director insisted that everything went well. Far from comforting a crying patient.. He yelled to go get the certificate for the side effects..;; He was angry, said only what he wanted to say, and just left. Before leaving, he shouted at the manager, asking why she wasn't coming up, telling her to hurry up to the 4th floor; then when the manager arrived.. he dumped it on the manager and left, telling her to handle it herself;; The way he treated the patient was just... really... unbelievable; It was truly the worst...
