The consultation was about 80% with the manager and 20% with the director, and after discussing things with the manager I had the consultation with the director, but the director seemed to push their own opinion strongly regardless of my opinion. It felt a little like they were pricing me in a factory-style way based on the line they are good at... I also didn't get a clear answer to my question about surgical scars, so I passed.
