I had heard that they were brusque, but the consultation was better than I expected, and they kindly answered all the questions I had, which I appreciated. They also did a virtual simulation in Photoshop, but honestly I don't think it was very helpful in predicting the surgical result. That said, they also recommended other procedures like eye surgery, which I was a little unhappy about.
