I went there to consult about double-eyelid surgery, and the appointment was scheduled quickly, and the waiting time wasn't that long either! The doctor was pretty kind, and the consultation went smoothly~ Honestly, when I made the appointment through chat, the staff's tone was a bit stiff so I was taken aback, but the kindness level was just so-so
