I went with a friend because she was trying to remove only the scar from one side of the front canthus, and the friend said there was not much scar, but at the time she had asked to have it cut too aggressively, and now she regrets not making it a little less wide. I tried to remove only one-sided scar, but to balance it I ended up doing both sides, and the scars on both sides became even worse... They did do an after-service treatment, but I am looking elsewhere now for a place that specializes in scars... They were not exactly kind, and not outright rude either, but it felt like they were brushing us off, though looking at the result, it seems they did listen to our opinion during surgery...
