I don't like thick double eyelids, so I got an inner double line at first, but then I got a little more greedy and went here to raise the line. My first surgery was a huge success and I didn't even swell, so I assumed double eyelid surgery was easy. I just thought the line here looked pretty, so I went there and had the line raised, and they did set the higher line well, but the problem was that there was a side effect from the epicanthoplasty. On one side, the epicanthoplasty and the front line were completely undone two months after surgery, so it's back to my old line. But on the side that came undone, the doctor insisted they didn't know, and said the deep hook-shaped wrinkle that appeared on the other side was not visible. Even right after the splint came off two months later, the front corner of the eye on the side that came undone was square and uneven after the epicanthoplasty, and I instinctively felt something was wrong and weird and that the front corner looked like a strange monster-like square shape, so I asked about it, but they kept insisting it was swelling. I went to other hospitals, and even though anyone could see it was uneven, the atmosphere was that they were very careful with their words and said it could still be swelling. The result was, of course, that it really was uneven, and **now that all the swelling is gone, the inner corners of both eyes are uneven and make me look cross-eyed** One eye has the epicanthoplasty and front line undone, and the other eye has a deep hook-shaped wrinkle pulled down under the eye, and it's just a total mess.
