It seems like they manage reviews. The surgery was not botched, but they only opened it a tiny bit, to the point where I could not tell the difference before and after, and in my opinion the inner eye corner surgery came out a little uneven, with a slightly different shape, so I had the inner eye corner surgery redone elsewhere. The price was expensive.
