It seems that was unavoidable because the previous surgery had been done with incision T_T The director said at a glance that the first line had been placed too low with incision, so if I did revision surgery with incision the scar would be somewhat improved and it wouldn't loosen, but they also said they wouldn't be able to raise the line as much as I wanted, so even knowing it might loosen I just went with buried sutures. When I went back to the hospital this time, they said they had originally said they would only tighten it once more, but they told me to just come by anytime and they would tighten it again.
