I had front canthoplasty and buried-suture double eyelid surgery here about 10 years ago. I was doing well, but one stitch in the front part on one side came undone, so I came back, and the hospital location had changed. I paid only the anesthesia fee and got aftercare, and the result has held up well and is good. Back then they definitely didn't advise against rear canthoplasty, but I don't know how they feel about it these days haha
