I had my first epicanthoplasty here and also had buried double eyelid surgery, but the Mongolian fold actually became worse because of the epicanthoplasty that was supposed to remove it. So I went back for a follow-up after 1 year, and all I heard was that there was nothing they could do. This was about 6 years ago, and now I am looking into revision surgery..
