The doctor looked very tired. Still, he confidently talked about the correction for a bulbous nose. Because it was my first surgery, he recommended donor costal cartilage. He said the design would be more suited to my face rather than something overly flashy. But the noses of the manager and the staff were different from the kind of nose I want.
