I had made a reservation in advance and went for a consultation today, but I couldn't see the doctor and only met with the consultation manager. It was a total waste of time If I'm not going to see the doctor, why make a reservation What would the consultation manager know? I need to consult with a doctor who has studied for more than 10 years and actually performs the surgery. I completely wasted my time. Why even make reservations??
