It's been about 2 to 3 years since I had philtrum reduction Don't do it It came back and the scar.. no matter what treatment I get, it won't go away.. I really do not recommend it.. I'm the kind of person with a dull personality who usually just lets most side effects pass, but that scar on my lip is.... Philtrum reduction is the number one surgery I regret..
