I prepared several questions, but before I could even ask, the director explained the things I was curious about in a very professional way, which made me trust them. At the previous hospital, they had already decided on the answer and just said it had to be done that way, but here they explained in detail what would and would not work based on evidence, so it made sense. The coordinator was kind too, and the consultation was really satisfying, so I hope the surgery turns out just as well!!
