The scar treatment is unlimited, so every time... but why do they only do two or three sessions and keep saying the scar isn't that bad, that maybe I don't need it anymore, talking around it and basically telling me not to come? I don't go often, just once every 2 to 3 months, so what do they mean the scar isn't visible? It's really bad. Are they doing this because it's a hassle? Before surgery they acted like they would take responsibility to the end, but now that consultations are being mixed in during surgery, maybe they're confused. Sigh.. Sorry, but from my perspective, my scar treatment matters more.
