I was debating whether to leave a review or not, but I’ll leave one lol. I went because I saw an event on a plastic surgery app and got a consultation for under-eye area and double eyelids, and just like the other reviews said, the director’s explanation was extremely professional and kind. But I asked two questions, and is it not okay to ask questions? They kind of put me down. I asked whether these kinds of issues could be improved, and they seemed annoyed and told me not to get surgery. I don’t know at what point the director got upset. Later, while discussing costs with the manager, they added something to the chart that had not even been explained, so the price went up. I don’t think you can call a hospital kind just because the voice during consultation sounds kind.
