I got a consultation through the website. This clinic is careless and unprofessional even in website consultations. Even procedures the clinic advertised itself, they could not remember, and they just threw out a few consonant-only fragments as answers. It seems to show that there is no system or standard for kindness or professionalism, things that should exist at a normal clinic.
