I remember the manager being extremely soft-spoken and kind!! The director consultation was just average, but the consultation manager was so kind that it left an impression. The wait wasn’t very long, and I remember the facilities and location as being perfectly average but good. What stood out was that they took photos and then printed them out on paper for the consultation.
