1. The doctor. The explanation was professional and clean. 2. Another staff member scheduled the consultation time at a time that should not have been assigned, so I waited for an hour. (The manager only spoke after I had waited an hour. Then why was it assigned at a time that should not have been used? I think that kind of thing should have been explained in advance.) 3. When I tried to make a surgery reservation, they said I had to put down a 200,000-won deposit and that it was non-refundable. 4. The estimate I recently saw on the community differed from the estimate the manager gave me, so I gave up on the surgery. I gave up the 200,000-won deposit. Even if it is expensive, I do not mind as long as the result is good. But I wish they would state the price accurately for each item.
