I should say the front desk atmosphere was a bit cold, or maybe just aloof. The consultation with the director was honest and gentle, but the consultation with the doctor was a bit vague. I couldn't predict how the result would turn out, and since it was my first procedure, the cost was steep, so I passed. No matter how I crunched the numbers, I still couldn't figure out why it cost that much. They say it's a fixed-price system, but from what people post here, it doesn't seem like it.
