I had a consultation with Director Um for nose surgery, but they didn’t take a CT scan. The director felt my nose, explained that because of my skin thickness it would be difficult to make it look exactly like the celebrity photo I brought, but that it could still be improved from how it looks now, and even drew pictures to explain how many percent it could be improved. He said rib cartilage had to be used, and if that wasn’t enough, ear cartilage would also be needed. He seemed very busy, so the consultation couldn’t be long, and for anesthesia they said they use gas anesthesia, somewhere between sedation and general anesthesia?
