It was not me, but my mom had surgery there. A lot of parents go there for eye surgery. For her first surgery, they removed the fat around the eyes and did lower blepharoplasty and double-eyelid incision. But the drooping eyes did not improve. So when we asked to have it redone, the manager said something like, "This is what we do for you," and it caused a huge scene.. It is not something they are doing for us; they should obviously do it.. And even after the second surgery, it looks very natural. Maybe because it was my mom's surgery and not a young person, I do not know, but it seems like the drooping is coming back again T_T and it has been less than a year since the surgery.
