I made an appointment in advance with Director Kim for my middle-aged mother's eye consultation and visited! I was already going around to several places and getting consultations, so I went without expecting much, thinking it would be similar to the others, but the consultation staff were kind and the pre-check items were thorough, covering illness, surgery, medications, and more, which made me trust them more. Also, with one or two exceptions, most consultations felt rushed, like roasting beans in a flash fire, so it was uncomfortable even to ask questions about things I was curious about, but Director Kim didn't feel like that at all and instead felt relaxed(?), so I could have a comfortable consultation! He explained in detail, using language that patients could easily understand, why this surgery was needed, what would happen if only the desired procedure was done, the surgical method, the time required, and so on, and he explained things well in a calm and trustworthy way, so I immediately booked a surgery date and even placed a deposit without hesitation!
