The consultation wait time was 2 hours. The manager was unfriendly, I waited 2 hours, and got 3 minutes of consultation. They pressure you to book, and if you do not book, their expression changes immediately. So ridiculous. And even during those short 3 minutes after waiting 2 hours, the director looked tired, annoyed, and eager for me to leave, so I did not ask anything else. It was a manager-director-manager consultation, and the manager consults first, then the doctor takes over and recommends the same surgery. At other places, even if the manager consults first and makes a recommendation, the doctor checks and sometimes changes it to the right surgery, but here it seems like they only push one main thing... I have consulted at many other places too, but this was the worst hospital by far ㅡㅡ
