Maybe because it is not a big hospital, the wait was not long and things moved quickly, which I really liked, and the director was kind and took time with the consultation. The manager is, hmm, likely to be polarizing. She felt a bit like an older sister you are close to, which was a bit much for me... lol Both of them mixed informal speech into the consultation, and since I am on the younger side, that happens often for me... lol You can also watch the CCTV feed live, and the aftercare seems decent. I think I would probably do it here if possible.
