I had osteotomy surgery because I had a humped nose. They didn't insert silicone because they said it could cause side effects. It was my first cosmetic surgery, so I didn't know much and went in. At first I thought it would be enough to just remove the hump, but a few months later the tip of my nose dropped and looked ugly.. I regret not lifting the tip at the same time
