I made an appointment with Director Oh Jae-ho for a secondary nose revision using autologous costal cartilage. My nose wasn’t even a bulbous nose, and the bridge wasn’t especially thick, so I was surprised that he recommended osteotomy. The director’s consultation style is very much the “aww, it’s okay, it’s okay” type, and it was a comfortable consultation. I showed him photos of the very glamorous kind of nose I like, and he said that a nose line with that kind of glamorous feel would suit me well, which somehow made my heart skip a beat. During the consultation, he printed out photos and designed it while drawing on them.
