The director's consultation wasn't very long, but he explained the post-op nose shape and the surgical method by drawing directly on my photo, so I understood it pretty well! During the consultation with the manager, I was told that because of the nose shape and size, it would be difficult to make it exactly the way I wanted, but the director tried to reflect what I wanted as much as possible within what was feasible, and the drawing of the nose shape also had a sufficiently flashy line and tip, so I thought I'd be satisfied if it could be done like that. During the consultation with the manager, it seemed like the questions were all pretty similar, so before I even asked, they told me all sorts of things, but it also felt more like they were speaking from a manual than giving answers tailored exactly to me.
