I knew the director was blunt, and he really was. I went in during winter vacation when I was 18, and he said we shouldn't say I'm young, which made me trust him. Unlike other hospitals, he said he only uses septal cartilage, and because he seemed honest, I was able to think about the surgery once more. The hospital itself was small, and there were only a few managers too.
