I got a consultation for a low nose and am scheduled for surgery soon. I visited after getting a recommendation from a coordinator at another hospital, and they asked me to say what shape of nose I wanted. They said they would do the bridge with silicone and the tip with cartilage, and that the surgery would be done after putting me to sleep and waking me up.
