The eye surgery and nose surgery were handled by different directors. The director in charge of eyes first asked why I wanted to do it and helped set a direction for how it should be done, which I liked. The director in charge of the nose.. um,.. I'm not sure.. I felt like I spent more time talking with the consultation manager.
