First of all, because it was during the COVID period, they were not letting people use snacks and drinks, which is understandable, but I was surprised that they would not even let me drink water from the water purifier Other than that, the front desk and the consultation manager were not that friendly The doctor, on the other hand, was lively, proactive, and explained things in detail, which I liked However, they also said some things were possible even though other hospitals had said they were not Since they gave specific explanations for that, I do trust the parts where they seem confident to some extent
