Five years ago, I had buried double eyelid surgery and upper canthoplasty with Director Lee Shin-cheol. Back then there were two directors, and I think the older one was the chief director, but now the one who operated on me is the chief director. I only had a consultation with the counseling manager before the surgery; I could only meet the director on the day of surgery. Even so, the reason I chose this clinic over the others was that the before-and-after photos were closest to my taste. In the end, I am very satisfied. Swelling seems to vary by person, but maybe because of my constitution, it took over 6 months for the swelling to go down completely to a level I liked, and after 1 year it became so natural that no one would know I had double eyelid surgery unless I said so. As time passed, the left side only has the double eyelid fold loosening in the morning, but it doesn't do that all day, and after washing my face it settles back into place, so I don't have any revision surgery plans yet.
