I booked after seeing my friend's natural double eyelids, and had double eyelid surgery and lower canthoplasty. Even shortly after surgery, the line looked natural and I was satisfied, but the lower canthoplasty had almost no effect. Because it was buried suture, the line changed after about a year and a half, and after about four years both sides had almost completely come undone. For reference, my eyelids are thin and I have no fat. I am satisfied with the design, so if you want something absolutely certain, do it!
