There is a consultation fee of 10,000 won, but it is so detailed that it does not feel wasteful. It is easy to find because it is in Apgujeong Rodeo. They ask about the reason for wanting double eyelid surgery and other details. They seem to draw the line at least ten times. But it seems like they mostly recommend non-incisional eye correction if possible, and I did not want eye correction, so... that is why I took off one star from my expectations for surgery. Still, they are so kind and think through things with you a lot that if you are considering double eyelid surgery, it seems like a place worth visiting for a consultation at least once.
