There was a consultation fee of 10,000 won, and I first consulted with the director and then with the manager. The director was kind and explained things in detail, which I liked. He drew a picture of my eye condition and explained it in an easy-to-understand way, and he showed me what range of line would suit me by gradually raising the line bit by bit. I had also been recommended incisional surgery at another hospital, so I asked about that, and he said my eyes could be done without incision, so he did not recommend incision unless it was really necessary. However, he said there is a pulling force downward under my eyes, and the force is different on both sides, so an upper corner canthoplasty would be needed to balance it. After the consultation with the director, the manager explains additional details such as cost and anesthesia method. (A/S is 2 years, anesthesia is local anesthesia.) The director seems to pursue a natural style, and I do too, so this is one of the hospitals I am considering for surgery.
